# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • Each bite feels like spring—juicy strawberries, tangy feta, and peppery arugula wake up your palate.
  • It comes together in under half an hour, which means more time for basking in sunshine or chatting with guests.
02 -
  • If you skip rinsing the pasta, it clumps and the dressing gets lost—the cold water is crucial.
  • Adding strawberries at the very end keeps them from becoming mushy, so they hold their shape and flavor.
03 -
  • Let your pasta cool fully before mixing, otherwise the greens wilt and cheese melts into the salad.
  • Fresh basil added at the very end keeps the fragrance strong and the color vibrant.
