# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 356°F (180°C).
02 - Select a ramekin or oven-safe bowl with a minimum capacity of 22 fluid ounces.
03 - Add egg, yogurt, milk, flour, protein powder, sweetener, and baking powder directly to the bowl.
04 - Mix thoroughly until batter is smooth and well combined with no visible lumps.
05 - Gently fold in any desired pre-bake toppings such as berries, chocolate chips, or nuts.
06 - Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until lightly golden and just set in the center.
07 - Remove from oven and let cool for 5 to 10 minutes; the center will firm up as it cools.
08 - Top with your favorite post-bake toppings and enjoy warm.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • You mix and bake in the same bowl, so cleanup is a single spoon and one dish.
  • It delivers over 30 grams of protein without any banana flavor or texture.
  • The center stays soft and custardy while the edges turn golden and slightly crisp.
  • You can prep a weeks worth on Sunday and reheat each morning in ninety seconds.
02 -
  • The center will look slightly underdone when you pull it out, but it sets as it cools and stays moist that way.
  • If you overbake it, the edges get rubbery and the whole bowl turns dry, so watch the clock closely after 20 minutes.
  • Using a bowl smaller than 650 ml will cause the batter to spill over the sides and smoke up your oven.
03 -
  • Use a bowl with straight sides instead of tapered ones so the pancake bakes evenly and does not stick.
  • If your protein powder is unflavored, add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt to wake up the flavor.
  • Let the batter rest for two minutes before baking if you want an even fluffier texture.
